HOW TO ORDER
Our website has a fully automated shopping cart that has been designed by NetMastery.
The cart will send you and us a copy of your order, and will show the full order, including postage and stock levels.
To order, all you need to do is browse through our site, and select what you want to order, and how many. This will then place the items into your shopping cart, and you can continue to browse and order with out any disruptions.
To view or change your order, click on YOUR BASKET. To finalise your order, click on CHECKOUT.
All you need to do then is fill in your details and payment method, and send your order.
If you don't want to order through the website we also take orders via email and phone. We do not take orders by fax sorry.
Through the website we can accept several payment methods
- ALL major credit cards apart from Diners Club and American Express
- Cheque/Money Order
- Direct Transfer
All orders are sent after payment has been received and cleared into our account.
INSURANCE AND REGISATRATION
Registration and insurance is now and OPTION rather then being a mandatory. This has come from requests from you, our loyal customers.
However, if you choose NOT to register and insure your orders, once your order has left us, we have no control or course of action over the time frame it gets to you, if it gets lost, or any damage incurred.
But by selecting the registered and insured route, this will give us a course of action to take if an order does go missing/arrives late or is damaged, due to mishandling by Australia Post.
Registration costs $3 and covers you for an insured amount of $100. Orders over $100 will cost an additional $2.50 per $100.
YES we do ship internationally and can and do take orders from overseas. All international postage is charged at $15 per order. Registration and insurance is not included in this, and will be quoted per request.

We do accept orders for products that are not in stock. If we don't, then how do we know that you want them?
By checking our site regularly you will be kept up to date s to what we are ordering and when, and what is new in stock, recently released and available for order.
Our shipping costs are a fixed price per amount spent.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
